What's included in a standard home cleaning?+
Standard home cleaning typically includes general upkeep like kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, floors, dusting, trash removal, and high-touch surfaces. If your home needs more detailed attention, we may recommend a deep clean or custom scope.
What's the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?+
A standard clean is for regular upkeep and maintenance. A deep clean is more detailed and is best for first time cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, seasonal resets, or spaces that need extra attention.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?+
Yes. We offer recurring cleaning for homes, rentals, and businesses. You can request weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom scheduling depending on your needs.
Do you clean Airbnbs or short-term rentals?+
Yes. We provide turnover cleaning for Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and short-term rental properties. This can include cleaning, restocking, resetting beds and bathrooms, checking guest-facing details, and preparing the space before the next check-in.

Do I need to be home or onsite during the cleaning?+
No. Many clients provide access instructions, a key, lockbox, or door code. We'll follow your access notes, complete the cleaning, lock up, and send updates once the service is complete. You're also welcome to be there if you prefer.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+
Yes. We bring the supplies and equipment needed for your clean. If you have product preferences, allergies, sensitivities, or surfaces that require special care, please let us know before your appointment.
Is a deposit required to book?+
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and lock in your service date. The remaining balance is due once your cleaning is complete.
Can I reschedule my cleaning?+
Yes. We understand things come up. Please give us at least a 24 hour notice so we can adjust the schedule and keep service running smoothly.
What happens if something is missed?+
If a detail is missed, let us know as soon as possible. We'll come back and make it right according to the Torch Standard.
Do you send before and after photos?+
Yes. Before and after photos are included so you can see what was completed.
Are you insured and background checked?+
Yes. Tidy Torch is insured, and our cleaners are background checked so clients can feel confident allowing us into their homes, rentals, and businesses.

You can book online or request a quote by sharing your service type, location, preferred date, and details about your space. For custom or commercial cleaning, we may ask a few additional questions to make sure the scope is accurate.
